Legal Basis

We process personal data under GDPR Article 6 based on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interest (balanced with impact assessments), and compliance with legal obligations. Under CCPA, we act as a “business” with respect to personal information we collect directly from users.

Sensitive Personal Information

We only process sensitive personal information (such as account credentials) to provide the Services. We never use sensitive personal information for additional purposes without explicit consent and we honor requests to limit its use.

Do Not Sell or Share

OptiTraders does not sell personal information, but we provide a clear opt out for sharing used in analytics or partner campaigns. Manage your preferences at /privacy-request#do-not-sell or submit a request via the Privacy Request Center.

International Transfers

Data is stored in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where available, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Transfer impact assessments evaluate third-country laws and vendor safeguards annually.
